Features |
- Each temperature zone utilizes hot air force-convection for
heating, hot air spread to everywhere in the oven;
- Optimum heating system, high-speed hot airflow in the
heating zone, and low-speed hot airflow on the PCB;
- Built-in UPS and delay-turn-off system; avoid the PCB and
reflow oven from damage when the power is off or the oven is overheated;
- The machine could turn on automatically, easy to clean the
inside chamber;
- Chinese Operating Software; (English is option)
- All the temperature zones are PID controlled by 486 or 586
industrial computer;
- Conveyor speed is close-loop controlled by the computer, and
the width of the conveyor chain can be regulated by operating the keyboard;
- The mesh conveyor and the chain conveyor run at the same
speed, which could meet the mass-production and the assorted production;
- Built-in PCB drop sensor and counting sensor;
- All the data of the temperature, conveyor speed and the
profile can be saved, printed, and transferred;
- Trouble diagnostic and alarm function.
