Two independent direct-drive motor adopt electrical converters to gain the stable and stepless speed, so the soldering wave is easy to be controlled and more stable. System adopts 8 Bit PLC to control with high reliability and automation. Equipped with electrical induction no-clean spray fluxer device that keeps the flux from air contact, pollution as well as vaporization, which results in a stable composition of flux and clean PCB free of clean process.
